Consultation & Design Selection
Share your architectural drawing, a photo of a gate or railing you like, or select directly from our 100+ project catalog. We discuss material gauge, structural weight, motor integration preferences, and provide an upfront transparent estimate.
On-Site Laser Sizing & Survey
Our fabrication team visits your site across Gujranwala, Lahore, Sialkot, or nearby districts. We take laser measurements of the entrance opening, check floor level gradients for roller tracks, and inspect pillar masonry anchor points.
Workshop Fabrication & Coating
Master craftsmen cut, hand-forge, and precision-weld solid prime steel in our Gujranwala facility. Every weld seam is ground smooth. The metalwork is treated with anti-corrosion zinc chromate primer and finished with multi-layer baked enamel.
Installation & Final Handover
Our installation crew delivers and anchors your metalwork into structural masonry with heavy steel dowels. We align ground tracks, balance sliding rollers, test swing hinge clearances, and calibrate automation motors before final sign-off.
On-Site Fitting Across Punjab
We fabricate in our central Gujranwala workshop and deliver/install on-site across Gujranwala, Lahore, Sialkot, Wazirabad, Gujrat, Hafizabad, and surrounding districts.
